Homer gave me a thought: The nanny state wants to ban talking on a cell phone while driving. I suggest, noone should have a license UNLESS they can talk on a phone at the same time.
I can come up with the rules, and it's certain Rodg would come up with the contraption.
Truck drivers and cops: Must be able to do their nails simultaneously.
