Wow, that takes me back some years. We consulted our 3rd grader when shopping for our first PC. At the time he was using a MAC at school while in a G.A.T.E. program. So, as Sgt. Schultz (Hogan's Heroes) would say, "I know NUSSING!" We recall fearing a wrong move might break the computer so were extremely hesitant in "turning the pages" so to speak:D
Hmmm. The Middle Ages Tech Support Guy didn't seem NEAR as nerdy as Computer Guy and he was more polite.
