The War on Gore

GE retires from the War on Error?

GE joins the scam
From the delightful Moonbattery.  How ironic, since GE is a prime target of this leftist assault on capitalism. I'm not sure whether this is corporate greed, or acquiescence by a major corporation to the inevitability of a global capitulation to green fascism.  The former is in the grand tradition of American capitalism; the latter an unforgivable, and criminal disregard of its fiduciary obligation to stockholders.

  4. It's both, perception is reality. Goreons perceive a problem, so they will base their purchasing decisions on it. Normal intelligent people realize it's bullshit and ignore it, so GE has nothing to lose from them in this regard, except the mighty few who are principlied indignant. As a consultant, I sell it this way to companies: "Yes, global warming may be complete bullshit, but that and the "science" behind it is utterly irrelevant. It is the politics and the public perception that matter to your business. Far better to have cynics against you than fundamentalists.
