LED signboard? Illegal in California (for safety reasons). Maybe that's a good thing. Besides, we have enough road rage out here as it is. Still, funny for fun's sake. :)
A 1960s Dean Martin "Matt Helm" movie (might have been "The Silencers" in 1966) had Deano chased by French cops as he tried to appease them using a voice-activated scrolling sign board across the back taillights of his 1965 Thunderbird.
(I remember because my first car was a '65 T-bird a decade later...)
