The Law Is An ASS

Why Judge Surrick Dismissed Berg's Case

“…regardless of questions of causation, the grievance remains too generalized to establish the existence of an injury in fact. To reiterate: a candidate’s ineligibility under the Natural Born Citizen Clause does not result in an injury in fact to voters. By extension, the theoretical constitutional harm experienced by voters does not change as the candidacy of an allegedly ineligible candidate progresses from the primaries to the general election.” [ruling snippet from The Law is an Ass]

The ROBING ROOM is a site "where judges are judged.  Surrick gets a whopping 2.1 (1=Awful,10=Excellent)

  1. In short, just because the Kenyan wetback is here illegally (unless he has a green card we also don't know about), it "does not result in an injury in fact to voters. "

  3. Well, Berg is a Clintonphile, Berg is a Clinton appointee .. prolly the first time he was on the receiving end of Clinton mischief.

  5. So we now have a potential President whose records are almost entirely sealed:

    Medical Records
    Occidental College Records
    Columbia University Records
    Harvard University Records
    Birth Records
    University of Chicago Records

    Have I missed anything??

when John McCain delayed releasing his medical records to the press last May, the New York Times thundered to it dwindling readers:

“No presidential candidate should get to the point that he has locked up his party’s nomination without public vetting of his health.”
–New York Times, on John McCain in May 4 2008 “Missing Records”

  6. Hmmm I have heard of an ice berg ... but why do I get the feeling we may soon find a "berg on ice"?

And why is it the Dems have no problem with getting money folks to cover the expenses of their dirty deeds, if not out right publicly stating they are in so many words doing it. When we can't even get some folks with deep pockets to go to say Kenya or Hawaii and pay what needs to be paid to get copies of the documents we the public are demanding to see. *gets off soapbox and stops beating what apparently is a dead horse*

God I miss the old days when someone like Daley Sr, as corrupt as he was, knew at the end of the day, you still had to give something back to the people you got your graft from. And that there were some lines you didn't cross. Obambi and his folk won't even do that.
