statement out to a Congressional committee [edit: Rep.Waxman(D), chair
of the Oversight & Gv't Reform Committee], and laid out exactly
what they'd tried to get Congress to do back in 2005 and even 2003,
which they refused to do. Greenspan is testifying now. C-Span and CNBC.
