Oddly, I was busy segmenting that Rollye James/Jerome Corsi show about the Him's COLB, as promised, when ozaoB broke my concentration with this.  My first question, and prolly yours, is why didn't he follow up with an uber-pixelled photograph of the thing? 
Update: This is embedded enhanced video from AboveTopSecret.     Here's the original video with explanatory audio.   It must be noted that the Obama machine's been flooding the market with phony-baloney certificates -- for obvious tactical reasons, so we'll wait and see.
