Hamburgers

Guess what I just had for lunch?



I plucked this video from a very smartly done The AHT (A Hamburger Today) Guide to Hamburger and Cheeseburger Styles.  I'm very encouraged.  Just when I thought I knew everything in the world worth knowing, I found Dyers.  Live to grow, and grow to live, that's what my grandson's grandfather always said

  7. Wait a second. Did they pound out the raw meat and then place the prepared sandwich back on that marble surface? That's what I saw around 2:10 and again around 3:20.
