I don't get it.  Nashville Police say Harry Weisiger was charged with felony reckless endangerment?  For giving the finger to, and then tapping the bumper of a man with an OBAMA election sticker on his bumper! What happened to "Hate Speech/"  What happened to "inciting to riot?"  Sheesh.  Nashville needs to get with the times..

    An SUV is a deadly weapon.

    Pointing and laughing is good.

    But you don't escalate to deadly force unless the immediate use of deadly force is called for.
