scream-of-consciousness;
"If you're trying to change minds and influence people it's probably not a good idea to say that virtually all elected Democrats are liars, but what the hell."
1. Just how the hell does tax cheat Charlie Rangell get to vote on this??
2. The democrats who voted for this aren't that worried about getting kicked out of office.
a. Even if half of them get the boot in 2010, the ozero administration will simply find them jobs such as "Abortion Rights Czar". They will still have their CONGRESSIONAL HEALTH CARE.
b. Once the dirtballs are out of office, we cannot hold them accountable through normal channels. They will be in some apparatchik position or a senior partner in a slip and fall firm. When the pain hits, most people will have forgotten who caused the disaster. (Unless power shifts and someone convenes a nurenburg type trial for those responsible).
We need to get into our local republican organizations and get them off their fat lazy asses. Handing out peanuts during a parade and knocking on doors just isn't going to make it. We need to do what the community organizer in chief suggested and get in their faces.
Don't be fooled by the "No" votes either. This list is just for the first vote on the Senate bill. Some of the Dems on the "No" side support the government take-over of health care. For example, Lynch voted against the Senate bill because it didn't go far enough and showed that by voting for the reconciliation bill.
30 Million parasites with medical care will be able to vote in November. They will have amnesty by July. This bill was the linebacker that opens the hole for everything else. We now have a dictator and one branch of government.
Next comes social justice and economic equity. Welcome to Zimbabwe, just substitute the UN for the ANC. I wonder if Mr. DuToit would tell me I'm wrong.
The next few weeks should be very interesting -- grab your popcorn. Any of those Democrats who voted "no" who truly believe this bill is an abomination must also truly believe they no longer are part of the Democrat party. Those that jump ship and join the Republicans are ones you can possibly trust. The rest are no different than those that voted "yes," and should be treated as the rats they ar.
Roger that, Aggravated DocSurg-- Once Nancy had her 219, the rest could vote "no" for cover for the upcoming elections. As far as I'm concerned, if they had a "D" after their name, they are a non-starter as far as ever getting my vote. The "R's" aren't automatically getting my support; I'm tired of "Democrat Light", I want someone that will get in there and FIGHT for conservative principles. Sadly, I see no Ronnie Regan in the wings.
It is way too late to panic. It is time to decide if you will be a sheep or a goat.
Got a question for you, Boss. Why aren't the Dems worried about the next election? Do you think that they know something we don't? In a socialist county aren't the elections held whenever Der Uberbama says so? Just wonderin'
A) THE END JUSTIFY THE MEANS. B) They were paid off well for their vote. C) They already got what they wanted, more control over the citizens. November means nothing if they have the control already.
Don't think for a minute they will loose anything in November. You may HOPE they loose, but unless something better comes along they are all staying right where they are.
I had imagined this very same picture in my mind. More along the lines of a video clip but same thing. WHen I saw it it was nice to know that I am not alone in my sentiments.
Just because some donks didn't vote for commie care doesn't mean they should be applauded.
Some wanted the "public option" while others took the cowardly way out and voted no because they knew the donks had the votes to pass this garbage without them.

Farewell freedom, Round One.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Dan Boren, for your "NO" vote. Oklahoma rocks!

ReplyDeleteIf in doubt, vote them out.

ReplyDeleteDittos to plowboy. God help us if you're correct and you know your Amnesty statement is based in fact. And that scares the hell outta me.
ReplyDeleteP.S. plowboy,
ReplyDeleteLet us not forget to thank Bush W. and John McCain for Amnesty still breathing fresh oxygen.
Is it time to panic yet?

They are scared to death about the next election. They are more scared of Pelosi, and being left without party support in the coming election.
ReplyDeleteJust who were the Dems who were numbers 216-219???
ReplyDeleteWe would like to thank them in our own special way come next November....
Does it matter that they will loose in November?
ReplyDeleteA) THE END JUSTIFY THE MEANS.
B) They were paid off well for their vote.
C) They already got what they wanted, more control over the citizens. November means nothing if they have the control already.

Check around dickweed - there are people running against them, even in normally safe democrat districts.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had the Kings touch with Photoshop. A little grieving music.
