Sen. Lindsey Graham announced Tuesday morning that he would back Solicitor General Elena Kagan’s nomination to the Supreme Court, saying she is highly qualified to serve on the high court. 
My sense is that Lindsey is just being a bitch in protest over Sarah Palin's incursion into SC politics  What we're looking at here is the next Charlie Crist.

    Then circuit court judge Strom Thurmond famously had sex with a woman on death row, so we appreciate that South Carolinian testosterone runs high. But sexual peccadilloes don't compare to the flagrant RINOism that has been characteristic of Blue Boy since he was a House Manager for Clinton's impeachment. There is no justification for saying that Kagan is immensely qualified to sit on the supreme court. No, Graham is a self serving punk better suited to New Jersey than one of the "Eleven." IMO.

    I've read dozens, maybe hundreds of aviation books, flown a couple hundred thousand miles as a passenger, sat in B-17, B-24, F-86, F-4, UH-1, H-53 cockpits and have maybe an hour in 747 and H-53 simulators. All this over maybe 50 years.
    Likewise Kagan has read many law books, spent time, maybe a few weeks even, in courtrooms and worked in a law school.
    According to Uhbama and now Gramnesty, that qualifies her to be a judge on the highest court in the land.
    Based on the same logic and my lengthier experience, Uhbama should appoint me to fly Air Force One and Marine One. I've never actually been a pilot of anything, but I have a lot of experience, and I'll work cheap.
    Start her off in traffic court and let her work up.
