In
2006 I wanted to register the domain name USA-USA-USA, and was
surprised to find it available. Only later did I discover that I'd
actually registered USA-UAS-USA. I made it a chant; a homage to my careless typing. Now
that it appears to becoming popular, maybe I can use that slime-bag
what's-his-face lawyer to sue people who use it without permission.
Like this bakery. Mmmmm. Free donuts.

That slime-bag lawyer doesn't give anyone a cut.
ReplyDeleteHe buys the electronic use rights outside of the paper's own website in toto from small papers, and then sues any blogger who quotes the paper's website.
The paper gets no cut, they simply sold the right in question to this lawyer for a pittance.
