One of those 'clowns' was Sandra Day O'Connor. That makes me think I should read more about the case.
ReplyDeleteI can prove my identity, for example, more easily than I can prove my citizenship. And at least I have a birth certificate to show.

This was a correct judgement as it was based on registering to vote no the casting of the vote -- for that you need to have a valid ID.
