During his eight years in office, George W. Bush
established new
standards for the term ‘pro-Israel.’ He repeatedly affirmed Israel’s
right to defend itself against terror, and praised its value as
America’s primary Middle Eastern ally. He also expressed a deep
ideological attachment to Israel as a democracy and, spiritually, to
Israel as the biblical homeland.
Less publicly, the president also
authorized an unprecedented level of cooperation between the U.S.
military and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), including intelligence
sharing, anti-terror training, and the joint development of missile
defense systems.” Oren wrote at the time in the fall 2008 edition of
the Journal of International Security Affairs. - [Israeli scholar

Excellent title! The Kenyan has opened the Pandora's Box. We're all in for it, but Israel is really in for it.

Has anyone noticed that the entire history of the Jews can be told in one sentence?
ReplyDelete"They tried to kill us, we won, let's eat."
There are approximately 6 million Israelis surrounded by 1.5 BILLION islamonutjobs.
If I had an enemy so small that I considered lethal to my incomprehensibly larger side, I think I'd try to become their very, very bestest friend in the Whole Wide World. Or at least leave 'em the Hell alone. But then I'm not proudly certified crazier'n a shithouse rat.
Just sayin'.
