    You're problem is one of language. What a Democrat means by an "atmosphere of civility and respect" is that you agree with him. See how it all makes sense now?

    Eeee.. It is like "they"are saying shut up when the big people are talking or you will go to your room with no rights. We need a flogging day not unlike boxing day. once a year every politician gets flogged if they need it or not.
