My son, who was senior illustrator at AOL before their 2009 shrink-down just called me.  I wasn't even aware that the Kenyan had released the "long form" certificate.  But Ro looked at it he said "I know photo-shop, and this was clearly a fake"  When he opened it in Adobe Illustrator there were the layers that show every step of the forgery.  The idiot who did it failed to compress before posting it.  Download the .pdf here, and open it in Illustrator.
