Missile Defense Malpractice
National Security: As Iran tests its latest long-range missiles, a
senator says a Pentagon study shows the White House's decision to let
Moscow have a veto on missile defense has left us with systems that are
"simply not credible."
When President Obama scrapped, at Russian insistence, President George
W. Bush's plans for a European-based missile defense to protect America
and Europe against the Iranian nuclear missile threat, he said it was
because he had a better idea with better systems.
But portions of a forthcoming study by the Pentagon's Defense Science
Board, disclosed during a hearing of the Senate Appropriations defense
subcommittee by Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala., says the Obama plan,
employing what's called a phased-adaptive approach, won't work.

ReplyDeleteBut yeah, it's hard to believe 47% somewhat approve of this disaster-makes you wonder whatinthehell President Toothpick would have to do to finally earn their disapproval.
If anyone of them, say actually listened to that press conference yesterday, how could you not be appalled? It was arrogance and narcissism writ large-he can't help himself when he starts flapping his soup coolers.

Captain Bullshit is nothing but an incompetent, immature, ignorant ideologue, whose only skill is to procrastinate until someone else proposes a solution to an issue, then attack that person. He is incapable of formulating an actual plan, then executing and following through on it, and God forbid he have to deal with new inputs along the way. Reid & Pelosi have been the doers in his administration, and they haven't exactly set the world on fire...well.. they tried, but all we got was 2000 pages of paper and a huge debt.

Having seen "Why I'm a Democrat" over at Sondra's, I have to conclude that about 47% of the population have now been through the 12 years of indoctrination or dumbing down of America that the NEA has foisted upon us. We are perilously close to the tipping point. I'm sadly of the opinion that Captain Bullshit needs to be given more rope to really fuck things up, something that will cost us a city or get the Dow down to 1800, so even the drones will feel the pain. At the same time, Doofus needs to be questioned harshly and often, so he has to defend and explain his actions and policies, preferably off teleprompter.

Well it has been said elsewhere, but those polls show contradictory results. The number of people who would vote for generic Republican over Obama exceeds those who somewhat approve of him. One commenter said that apparently people are lying to pollsters on some questions because they don't want to sound racist especially if there is someone else in the room and they are talking on the phone.
ReplyDeleteThe MSM cherry picks the results on the survey to show that there "boy" is doing OK, IMHO.
I'm thinking the questions are loaded. Such as: "If Obama's shoes were on fire, would you take time to piss on them?" This question, IMO, would qualify the 47% somewhat approval statistic.
