For
instance, when Congressman John Carter (R-TX), at about 1:24:35, rose
to introduce his amendment to prevent the Department of "Justice" from
implementing new shotgun import bans, based on those shotguns' supposed
lack of a "sporting purpose," he mentioned
not being particularly
enthusiastic about granting this gun-banning authority to the very same
government agency that we now know to have been responsible for
deliberately facilitating the trafficking of firearms to known killers
in Mexico (this was at about the 1:30:45 mark).
At about 1:33:20, Rep. Norman Dicks (D-WA) claimed not only to have
been completely unaware of "Project Gunwalker," but seemed a little
offended that anyone would be making such allegations. No
excuse for any congressman to be
unaware of 'Project Gunwalker'

In the words of the inimitable Democrat Congressman Phil Hare, "I don't worry about the Constitution on this to be honest."
ReplyDeleteMy dogs of war are in the backyard. Give me a minute.
And then Dicks got tweeted the many news articles he claims he was unaware of.
ReplyDeleteDoes this dumbass think that excuse has even the remotest chance of actually working these days?
Of course not. It's practiced impudence.
ReplyDeleteThat importability crap has caused the value of my Saiga-12 shotgun to go up a couple hundred bucks. What a load of crap.
ReplyDeleteLast time I checked, CDNN Sports [sales@cdnnsports.com] was still selling Saiga firearms, and MORE. For those of you that might not be aware, this place has some of the best deals around in guns, parts and accessories. Download the catalog; it's like adult equivalent to the Sears Christmas catalog when you were a kid.
