How terrible. She has to whine with a photo from a phone/cam and bemoan paying back the 40 grand she borrowed.
I hope she decides to flip burgers instead of the illegal activities. As clueless as she is, she'll be in jail within 36 hours and we'll be paying for her "three hots and a cot".
Suckering ignorant kids into taking out loans that the government will force them to pay back, and not allow the same bankruptcy provisions every other loan has.
Which has caused the cost of bullshit liberal arts degrees to go through the root, since the banks will authorized damned near any size loan if they can count on the government to not allow bankruptcy.
The solution is simple: Shitcan the Guaranteed Student Loan program.
If you want an education loan, you should negotiate one with the bank, without any government force involved. At which point, banks will get much more picky, and will not pay for bullshit courses, or colleges with inflated prices.
She should have picked a useful field of study. I took psychology and got a job as a bartender to help pay for it, 20 years later I am 1/3 owner of a bar and headmixer/gen. manager, I have the associates degree I left before I got the BA Never used the the psyc I was going to be a guidance counselor. I dodged a bullet there. I'm barley keeping My head above water but I know I wouldn't last long in one of the local indoctrination centers. It is worth working up to 80 Hr a week and no vacations and shopping at warehouse discount stores to be a 53%er.

Pretty nifty, ain't it? Lotta math goes into something like that. Trig for the angles involves, some algebra in determining cutter speed and feed rate, but why bore with simpleton's tasks?
