    The footage from outside the 1968 DNC Convention almost made me tear up it was so sweet.

    On the inside, there were floor fights all over the place and I can still remember Mayor Richard Daley cursing and shaking his fist at the crowds booing his Police Department's rather impressive use of force.

    I wish that the Police would just leave the OWS areas around the country and let the citizens defend their cities and see who comes out on top.

    The OWS crowd occupies the lowest rung of the food chain, but it would still make for great sport.

    I suspect that some of my homeboys who, like myself, view the Bass Pro Shop as their primary haberdashery, who have not noticed the NBA lockout, and who have spent more time at dirt tracks than watching CNN or MSNBC, could make these slackers run the other way instead of trying to resist being carted off to jail.

    I don't think so. Let the unionized cops with full pay pensions do their job and take the risk of contracting one of the many hideous diseases these people carry. Screw the cops, they need to take care of their own.

    I don't think that one belongs there Sir H. It's occurred to me that those Ohio farm boys may have fired the first shots in the counter revolution. The baton brandishing brigands of the State don't carry that same moral authority, and never will.
