Congress logs most futile legislative year on record

This is a bad thing?  Congress does nothing?  I'd llike to have seen that headline every year since 1960— when Peeping Tom, Victim, and  Viridiana exampled what outraged the culture.

    I wouldn't be bothered, except it costs about a trillion a year for them to sit on their hands.

    Maybe, if everybody quit sending them money, they'd never notice?

    Maybe next year they will be even less productive and Congress will start repealing some of the excess of laws that burden our lives.
