Is the one in the middle "stuffing?"

I must admit that, keen cultural observer that I am, this is a first for me.  My guesses—

  1. A none too subtle attempt for men to compete as women?
  2. A statement by radical feminists?
  3. An admission that women have cod envy?
  4. An attempt to modestly hide thier camel toe?
  5. They've all crapped their pants?
