    Dumb and pointless.

    You are required to fill out a tax return or go to jail. Which means the information provided is privileged testimony, and cannot be used in any courtroom.

    Any investigation that proceeds from a 1040 is automatically tainted.

    Some idiot in a Florida prosecutor's office is about to get an expensive lesson.
