The Bedroom Debate of 1962

50 Years Ago Today
"We will Barry you!"

Res Ipsa Loquitur

April 11, 1962 -  Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev apparently one-upped American Candy Doyle in the "Bedroom Debate" over gadget technology.  However, photo analysis would prove that Khrushchev was actually holding a large ear of corn that did not vibrate.  Khrushchev responded with his famous threat, "We will Barry you!"

That's what I heard.

  5. Off topic, sorry. My sister sent me a link to "Mrs. Brown's Boys" on youtube. Adult comedy from the B.B.C. Laughed so hard I almost passed out, my wife was crying from laughing. If you're tired of politics and need some silliness.
