Safety Warning in Arabic

Is there something I am missing here? All I see on one browser (Safari) is a clear white field. In Firefox I get a frame with a little graphic of some kind, and the phrase Res Ipsa Loquitor.
Literally!

DJ- I just tried Opera, Firefox 11 & Maxthon 2 browsers, & they all work fine for all the graphics here.

Looks like Safari is having compatibility issues. Again.
