A Shot in the Ass Mystery

This happy homecoming picture is driving me crazy.  It first appears that cupid has shot a silver arrow straight into her coccyx.  On closer examination however, I think it's just some string coming out of her underpants and a skirt label that probably says "dry clean only." Since there is no cupid, that must be it then.  Unless she's  somehow pissed Putin off, and his agent has shot her with a poison dart. Hmmmm.
