Never underestimate the guile of this man. Judge Roberts is a lot smarter than us, but he hates commies and especially Barry 40-O just as much. So instead of giving us half a loaf and granting martyrdom to Dems, he has ensured that all of ObamaCare is reviled as a tax and repealed, and Dems are ever more deeply despised and Republicans will control the entire federal government. ReplyDeleteI'm with Helly. Roberts single-handedly put some severe limitations on the powers of the commerce clause and got Obamacare labeled a tax. Both of those are huge wins in the Game of Thrones. Of course, we still need to repeal Obamacare, but we do it through Congress and deny the Dems the martyrdom they'd have had if it came through a 5-4 SCOTUS decision.
