Now let's see: we have punitive taxes and regulations which drive businesses either out of business or out of the country, but that's better than lower taxes and less regulation that would cause them to stay and thrive.
Gee, if I weren't so smart, I'd say it was set up for exactly that reason...but NOOO, a 'progressive' government would NEVER do that.
