"all men are
created equal, that each of us are endowed with certain inalienable
rights." - Obama

Who
does President Barack Obama think he is that he can change the wording
of the Declaration of Independence? Again and again he presumes to
quote the great declaration while making a significant change: He omits
the word "Creator." Read
more:
Early
on, Obama's lack of respect for our flag was manifested by
several photographs. After nearly four years of this filthy prick's
presidency we know a lot more about him. In his mind he's above
the
flag, the nation, and the nation's laws. If he doesn't like
something,
he ignores it. And his endemic lawlessness has planted
deep roots everywhere Democrats rule. The
superiority complex (that's endemic to Liberalism), allows them to
fix everything — even control nature,
given enough new laws and our money. However,
here's an immutable (for now) law that they can most assuredly
look
forward to.

Obama's creator had only one stipulation. Eventually, the exchange will be completed.
ReplyDeleteNot inalienable; unalienable.
ReplyDeleteBoth a distinction and a difference.
As the Creator intended.
Unalienable rights are incapable of being sold and transferred. They are a gift from the creator to the individual (i.e. a consequence of being human) and cannot be surrendered or taken under any circumstances.
ReplyDeleteInalienable rights cannot be surrendered or transferred without one's consent.
Also, the word "each" is singular, which requires the singular "is," rather than the plural "are." "Each of us is... ."
ReplyDeleteMaybe that's why he was a lecturer instead of a professor.

I have to take exception with the term, sorry.
ReplyDeleteIf Obama violates basic human rights, the hand of God will not come down out of the sky, and squish him with his divine thumb ( although I'd pay to see that ).
Rights only exist because we are willing to go to the wall and put our lives on the line to defend them.
If that is not the case, they will be chipped away and lost, despite claims of inalianalability.
Bet on it.
And if you want to be religious about this:
ReplyDeleteFree will means that bad people will be able to do bad things to good people, since we are not God's robots, and have to earn our place in Heaven or Hell ... and that God helps those who help themselves.
