Best quotes from Koutoulas (Via
Gateway Pundit w/ Video):
“Crimes were unequivocally committed and I will do
whatever I can
to continue to do the government’s job for it and help see justice
done.”
“MF Global had a choice. Do we cheat or go out of
business. And
they cheated. They broke the law. And these took these customer funds
to cover margin calls.”
“Attorney General Eric Holder’s Department of
Justice is the biggest enabler of financial crime in U.S. history.”
And the kill shot:
“I will take this to all 50 states. And we will win.
We will get a
conviction of Jon Corzine. And the next time a sociopath CEO says ‘Do I
go out of business or do I cheat,’ he’s gonna think about President
Obama’s biggest fundraiser in an orange jumpsuit in state prison.”
I'll
bet Ann Barnhardt (who is on a crusade to expose Corzine) is
creaming her jeans. Good.

I smell pardon.
ReplyDeleteThe smell of pardon is why a state prosecution in a red state is the way to go. Obama would not have pardon authority.
ReplyDeleteGood post anon. I was not aware that the president cannot pardon a person for violations of any federal civil laws or state criminal or civil laws.
ReplyDeleteI've started a blog series of Crimes of the Obama Administration (multiple parts planned).

Incorrect Anonymous.
ReplyDeleteA presidential pardon can cover ANY crimes.
Rodger: Civil torts are not crimes, so yes, a pardon cannot cover them.
ReplyDeleteI suspected anon was full of obama.
ReplyDeleteI spent the morning watching a show on the aftermath of the Civil War in the South. There were seven years of mayhem, open battles and murderous thuggery perpetrated by the Klan (democrats), and openly fought by the Radical Republicans. The worst of it only ended when Grant sent the cavalry in in 1872. We need to retell our story.
