Oh My
I just
watched the Michelle Jenneke video again. I feel all
wholesome again.
Can anyone watch this video and not think of the joyful exuberance of a Golden Retriever puppy and Secretariat chomping at the bit waiting to run away from the field? I watch it at least twice a week for purely spiritual reasons . . . . mostly.
Keep it together, Rodge. Whatever it takes. We're all feeling the stress.
I dropped a vanilla bean in a fresh bottle of over-proof rum and picked up a 3 pound bag Ghirardelli. And you know what really helped? Egg salad bites on toasted rounds of homemade baguette, laced with paper thin strips of blackened ham.
No, that video is definitely wholesome. Look at the innocent way she waves at someone in the stands. Pure, childlike innocence and exuberance in all her actions.
She has the rest of her life to become embittered and angry, but for those few minutes, she's just pure joy.
Um...wholesome...yeah, that's it. Wholesome.

Yeah she's got some whole, and NOT for the first time in her adult life either. Count on it.
