Hostess Bakery  Report:

Hostess Bakery plants shut down Friday due to a workers' strike.  It was split up.  The State Department hired all the Twinkies,  the Secret Service hired all the HoHos,  the generals are sleeping with the Cupcakes and the voters sent all the Ding Dongs to Congress.

    Bimbo-USA will probably buy the brand.

    I do not expect the Mexican food conglomerate to set up shop anywhere that they are required to keep unionists on the payroll.

    Also since sugar isn't a "protected" market in Mexico they can get real sugar for 1/2 of what is paid in the US. It will be interesting to see if the Obamanation has the gall to block the importation of Twinkies and such to appease the Unions but tick off pro-Mexican and munchies lobbies.
