Good
morning!
I wanted to drop you a short message to let you know I'm going to Ann
Arbor Monday to start a treatment plan for a tumor on my pancreas. My
wife Julie and I will be leaving Sunday night and intend to take our
time getting there.
This has been a while in the making - I'm retired Navy, and subject to
TriCare (2 lies for the price of one - they don't try, and they don't
care) for my medical insurance. They don't like to allow their subjects
to leave their network for treatment, and it took a LOT of pressure to
get this authorized. But we won!
Anyway, I'd be grateful for the prayers and support of the C&S
community as we deal with this situation. Hopefully, we can get this
tumor to shrink, or go away, or something, so I can come back and
resume commenting - which I've missed greatly, but I just haven't felt
witty lately, know what I mean?
I'll let you know the outcome, if any.
Thanks,
Dave Williams
