"Wilson Combat will no longer provide
any products or services to any State Government ... ."

After a week of House of Delagate hearings, where
the opposition have turned out in staggering
numbers- we're talking 40
to 1 ratios- here's how Martin O'Malley presents it on his blog.*
"Wilson
Combat will no longer provide any products or services to any State
Government imposing legislation that infringes on the second amendment
rights of its law abiding citizens. This includes any Law Enforcement
Department, Law Enforcement Officers, or any State Government Entity or
Employee of such an entity. This also applies to any local municipality
imposing such infringements."
Wilson lists the states included on its no sale policy as: California,
Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C.
and The City of Chicago, Illinois.
Wilson is one of 118.companies (currently) participating
in what has been named the "Firearms Equality Movement," These
firearm companies have suspended the sale of guns to states, counties,
cities and municipalities that restrict their citizens' rights to own
them. This is the spirit of the America we, all of us, knew
before, say, 1992.
But wait. I know the governors (and mayor) of those governments,
and
so do you. Let me tell you what Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley
is
thinking. As Obama's surrogate in the National Governor's
Conference,
and always (I said always)
the first Governor to endorse any Obama initiative, we know that he's
been on the horn about this. In a nutshell, here's how he (and
the
rest) are thinking: Declare the manufacturer's action a national
security issue and nationalize them. I guarantee you this is
being
tossed around, and everyone of them are of a mind to see this as
entirely defensible. Eric Holder is a master at saying, "who
gives a
rat's ass, just do it."
Tap tap tap.
*Here's the WaPost
Poll
he's ballyhooing. I will agree that 60% of Marylanders would approve
reeducation camps if asked, but where is he getting "85% of Marylanders
Support Handgun Licensing Requirement?" That's s right- make it
up.

And Gabby Giffords' hubby bought an AR, according to Breitbart.

It occurs to me that Maryland is shaped like a gun - at least as much as a Pop Tart is.
ReplyDeleteI say we expel Martin O'Malley's state, and call it a National Security Issue.
I tried to go to the Del Mar Crossroads of the West gunshow today. After sitting in two miles worth of stop and go, I made a U-turn and went and bought some books. With that much traffic, you wouldn't even be able to get inside the exhibit halls. Add $14 to park, and another $12 entrance fee, and there are some seriously motivated purchasers out there.

N.O'Really - Brilliant!
ReplyDeleteYup, nationalize the gun and ammo companies and then declare that all production will be limited to the police and military. Then ban foreign importation. Gun control without gun control!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's a libtard's dream....
Nationalize manufacturers? Just invest in a new printer, or maybe a #2 Bridgeport J head for the old folks.
