Barbara Lewis "Hello Stranger:" once upon a time, my Wonderful Wife decided she needed time away from my sorry butt. We both suffered through that time; I begged her to come home; she finally agreed. When she arrived at the door, I had dinner ready, candles lit, wine chilled... I even CLEANED THE HOUSE!!!
I had a cassette player set up in the mantle over the fireplace, and after I took her coat, I pushed "PLAY" and started with "Hello Stranger."
To this day, I couldn't tell you what the next song was, even if you held a gun to my head! We will be together 39 years this October with only one "minor" bump on our shared road!
Learned how to grind Bessie and Barbara (and that girl with the big knockers, whose name I can't remember) in slow dances to these songs.
