It looks to me she's shooting low and to the right. She's firing a weapon in a snappy low rent bar maid outfit. She's blonde, low (class), and to the right. (she might be a Lib but really, who cares?)

She's athletic, topless and firing a heavy weapon right where she aim, middle of driver side... I suppose mud slimes would prefer her to be fat with a coal sack on to conceal a suicide belt...
When shooting through glass you need to account for the bullet's entry angle relative to the glass; impact on the occupant would be low in this case. But then, given the apparent recoil of the weapon, it probably wouldn't matter.
