  3. If you need to juicy fruit slices or damp construction materials to insulate fish while grilling, maybe you just shouldn't grill fish. For those who actually like seafood, sous vide is the only way to cook it.

    Related news: The Searzall is real and I have one ordered from KickStarter. Grilling is now utterly obsolete.

  5. Crowdfunding seems to be catching on but I too would wait until the product is out of development and on the market. What's your recourse if something goes wrong with the company? None I'd wager.
