Update: Rep. Michael Grimm (R NY) to be indicted after long
investigation
I don't care what he's accused of, or
even if he's guilty. The timing here is just too-too cute.
In the run-up to the 2006 elections, when Dems retook the House by
charging that the GOP was the Party of Corruption, Tom Delay was
indicted (it took three different Grand Juries), and in October Federal
agents raided the homes of Rep. Curt Weldon's (R PA)
daughter, and one
of his closest political supporters in an investigation into whether
the veteran Republican congressman (he lost his seat) used his
influence to benefit himself and his daughter's lobbying firm.
They
won. Pelosi was made Speaker. You know the rest. It's
what they do.
Do I have to recount the depth of D-Party corruption; or its members
who have failed to be indicted by the Obama DOJ? Including the
Attorney General? Fkm.
