Acid
Cow. It's
11:14 and I am still not able to bring myself to do anything that may
remind me that the man is President of the United States. My reverie
was somewhat dashed by the picture of Warren Buffett who is
reported
to have given $1.2 billion to foster abortions. At the risk of
sounding so far over the top as to be dismissed forever,
Imagine
the equivalent of the lives of 2.7 million children snuffed out to
serve the whims of the third richest man in the world. Most people
would say that’s a story, most likely several.
I must
say that his action is as hateful as Hitler's extermination
camps. Buffet
has no goal other than to throw his weight around and punish
those,
mostly Christians, who disagree with him about the sanctity of
life.
Dammit, now he's made me think about our nation's filth and stop having
fun. What a prick.

"Equivalent"? No, actual.
ReplyDeleteAbortion kills more blacks every day than the Klan could ever dream of and WE'RE racist?
ReplyDeleteTim
Buffet is entitled to support whatever causes he believes in. Same as you.
ReplyDeleteBut, given your opposition to abortion I assume it's safe to assume that you're adopted any number of unwanted/handicapped black kids? Or are you just being a hypocrite?
.
Anonymous at 8:27am today: Given your support for abortion, I assume you also support slavery (since you think some humans can be disposed of for the convenience of others) and the death penalty (since you are OK with killing innocents you surely must be OK with killing murderers).
ReplyDeleteSteve,
ReplyDeleteI have no problems with the death penalty. And whether you like it or not, abortion is legal (and we're talking about fetuses, not people).
But just how many unwanted children have you adopted? There are plenty of unwanted children out there that would love a home so you must have adopted several. Or are you just another hypocrite?
.
Anonymous at 8:27am today: Can't. They're all dead.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous, why is it anyone else's responsibility to adopt the unwanted?
ReplyDeleteI made the choice to have the ones I wanted, and kept them.
That's what everyone's responsibility should be.
