After Nigeria was eliminated from the world cup, the Nigerian captain personally offered to refund all the expenses of fans that traveled to Brazil.

    Seems legit....
    I received a email with a offer along the same line. In fact once I sent the required info, I had a reply within a hour telling me the check was in the mail.
