Ways
to prevent heroin deaths? Well—Uh
... never mind. Carry on.
In Atlanta years ago, there was an outcry concerning the amount of crime on a certain street downtown (I forget the actual name). So they RENAMED the street. Now, there's no more crime on that former street name.
I'm struggling to understand the urgency of preventing heroin deaths. Unless Mrs. Bill Clinton has found a way to monetize drug abuse, then it all makes sense.
In the jargon of modern science, evolution, survival of the fittest is a driving force. It is a good thing. Natural selection, not government decree, is the tool of nature to cleanse the gene pool. Let the filter do its job. We all have to swim in it. A Mudgeon fro Texas
That is when our society started to decline - when the lawyers and government decided to stop stupid people from doing what stupid people do - kill themselves is spectacularly amusing ways.
Cure for heroin...Fentanyl...so your death is no longer probable but a certain thing...good riddance of bad rubbish! http://www.dailypress.com/news/crime/dp-nws-heroin-overdose-death-20150802-story.html
I am a long time reader of this blog, and this is the first post that may actually have horrified me. Heroin and Opiate use has become an epidemic at the high school and college level. These are not the derelicts who are asleep in the street with needles sticking out of their arms. These are our children who are using drugs they don't understand to get high because they are easier and cheaper to get than alcohol and marijuana. This should not be treated lightly.
Awww, the little darlings are "using drugs they don't understand"? Whose fault is that? Is there not enough "literature" about heroin, scientific and otherwise?
It's natural selection. If you think the epitome of hipness is to emulate those "derelicts…with needles sticking out of their arms", then you deserve whatever fate befalls you.
And NOTHNG is cheaper and easier to get than alcohol, so don't hand us THAT crap.
The “these are our children” comment is understandable. The demise of just one of our children will cause parents, family, and friends is immense pain. Their continued presence in the pool will further weaken the species. ‘Survival of the fittest’ carries with it the ‘destruction of the weakest’. Two sides of the natural selection. Through aristocracy, wealth, class, race, culture, education, and most recently, medication, groups of humans have attempted to subvert this natural law. Compassion is a good thing at the individual level. It is disastrous at the species level. Love it or not, Homo sapiens is a species. It is subject to evolution.

Have you been sleeping through this? If Rodge doesn't write something everyday to horrify me, I'd just assume he got he hand stuck in the InSinkErator.
Japs have a suicide forest at the foot of mount Fuji, their national symbol...The youth also have stopped having sex...appear they dont need heroin or moskals' krokodil for national self destruction. Heroin? About fentanyl for kids and benzos for the elderly? http://worsethanheroin.com/ Look like the end of the world came with Barry Hussein...
Too much demand, and not enough supply. More supply, less heroin users, less costs to society.

ReplyDeleteThey could rename Heroin to something else...

I don't see the problem.
ReplyDeleteIf some asshole wants to kill himself with heroin, I'm all for freedom of personal choices. Knock yourself out kid!
Free shots of 100% pure H to anybody who wants it. And believe me, they'd line up for it!
ReplyDeleteSo much for the junkies. Now if only the thugs, wiggers and pansies could be so easily eliminated…Oh, and the RINOs.
