Well......Since it apparently now requires a penis to be "Woman of the Year" what does that say about "women" in general? And, is it required to be a permanently-attached and functioning accessory, or does temporarily engaging in the use of it also count? And, if so, how much?
They're making a big deal out of Jenner but they also made a big deal when Chaz Bono had an addadicktome. Obviously, if you don't have a pecker you don't count for much.
