Not that it'll matter to the "Alger Hiss is innocent" crowd

Antarctica is actually gaining ice, says NASA. Is global warming over?

Getting tired of this. Ice is gaining on the East side, holding steady or declining a bit on the West side. Eastern Adelaide penguin population has doubled, Western Adelaide population has fallen. Bottom line: status quo maintained, +/- a little bit. Duh.

Pretty soon, the 'Climate Change' types won't be able to claim melting ice as the largest contributor to rising sea levels. THAT distinction will be held by the Chinese, due to the amount of sea water displaced by all the NEW ISLANDS they're building in the South China Sea...

At one time, NASA was filled with respectable scientists, above par engineers, more than competent technicians, and brave astronauts willing to take on the challenges of space.

Now, it's a bloated government program that relies on hitchhiking to so much as put a single person into orbit.

And they wonder why we find little fascination with what they do, and don't trust a single thing they report.

In July, 1942, bad weather forced two B-17's and six P-38's to land on Greenland's ice cap. Fifty years later, in 1992, one of the P-38's, now kown as "Glacier Girl", was recovered from the ice and rebuilt to flying condition.
The recovery team found the plane 268 feet beneath the then current surface.
They must not have had enough SUV's in Greenland to prevent the ice pack from building up that much.
