  2. Power plugs, cables laying unprotected on the floor that get kicked loose or crushed, Malware downloaded of an uncertified site.

    How can you tell when a user is lying? His lips are moving.

    The IT folks I knew referred to this as a PEBKAC. "Problem exists between keyboard and chair."

    Yep. We used ID10T as well. :)

    I had never heard the word "user" used as a derogatory term before working with IT people. As in "you are such a USER".
