...the judicial nomination process is a live firefight on the political battlefield. Thanks for finding that well written article Rodge. One of my complaints about Progs, Dems and other Leftist scum over the years is that they never seemed to feel consequences for their perfidy. Now, thanks to precedents set by Democratic Sens. Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, and Buraq Uhbama, all the kneecapping shots they fired at good potential Federal judges over the past thirty years have ricocheted back at them.
