I have friends named Barry, and I wouldn't dignify BHO by calling him that. But the name "Barack", while it should live in infamy, will hardly disappear. In certain "communities", there will be plenty of kids named "Barack"; just look at how many are being named "Trayvon". The name I really want to see disappear is "Mohammed".

I dare say, after 7 years of Barry, that name will be stricken from the newborn roles as was 'Adolf' after WW2. As it should be.
