  2. In a perfect world, the service dog would bite her on the leg.

  3. No, in a perfect world we could shoot her and dump her body in the street without penalty.

  4. In my perfect world (pre 1960) this would be the lead story of outrage, on every news channel! She would be identified, ostracized, and expelled from Hamburger U.

  5. I bet my Beagle service dog is better behaved in restaurants and other public places than her kids!

  6. it might help if i could understand a word she said. and i feel sorry for the guy in the black t-shirt who is evidently with her. i know it's "sexist" but he should be able to tell his girlfriend "honey, stfu!"

  8. Service dog should also be attacked trained. I think I heard you could do that with a full size poodle.
Or, "whatcha doin wit two dogs?, "One is to guide me 'cause I'm blind the other is to protect the both of us, he'll go for the crotch on command."

  9. Can't win on facts, logic or the law so she screams ebonics.

  10. I'm going out on a limb with this one.

I believe in free speech. Not sure how this got escalated.....but WTF.....some people don't want dog hair in their food. Somehow the guys who fought in WWI, WWII, Korea, and Vietnam survived without service pets.

She's speaking her mind. Maybe if everyone hadn't felt it was their duty to tell her she was wrong.....they could have gone on about there business.

  11. Kevin, you're more than on a limb. You're out to lunch. She WAS WRONG and the people had a duty to tell her to go fuck herself! As for the dog, go read some books. The ADA is quite clear. The restaurant could not have stopped the dog. It's the law. As for free speech, she got her speech. Then she got the consequences of it. Plus it's not free speech to scream and then to skip out on her bill.

  12. there are plenty of people who abuse the whole service dog thing; you can even get phony service dog certification. And people get service dogs for the gayest, bullshittiest reasons. It was originally intended so Seeing-Eye dogs couldn't be excluded, and now there are "emotional support chickens" (and other animals other than dogs). It's loony.

Then again, in Europe people take their dogs into restaurants and food stores and nobody bats an eye.

  14. ^Kevin Dickson: you say you believe in "free speech," then you say "Maybe if everyone hadn't felt it was their duty to tell her she was wrong...."

A lesson, if I may. It wasn't their "duty" to tell her she was wrong, it was their "right." It's that pesky "free speech" thing. It works both ways.
