Opera browser comes with a free VPN, if you don't already use one. I use Private Internet Access VPN, it's fast, inexpensive, and has a lot of connection nodes all over the world. VPNs are necessary to prevent your ISP from spying on you and to prevent your goverment from censoring you.
DuckDuckGo is a search engine that doesn't track you; it also works well & doesn't put politics above search results like Google/Bing does.
You can still buy Win 7 discs; I use Win 7 Ult, and that's the last MS OS I'll ever have. When this finally dies I'll go to Linux or Chrome.
