For all the things Bernie and all the other whack-jobs say they're going to do, and I mean ALL of them, NONE of them have a clue how they would go about fulfilling their deep-space promises. With few exceptions, most of their plans are in violation of various parts of the constitution, and would probably not get past a Conservative leaning Supreme Court, or they would require amending the Constitution, requiring super-majority votes of approval from both the House and Senate, and then approval by 3/4ths of the states, or overwhelming force of arms under a declaration of Martial Law.
All of these scenarios seem to be unicorn f*rts and fairy dust.
The one unpredictable variable in all this is the unrestrained stupidity of the American Voter. Look at who they voted into office at all levels in the past election cycle and consider just how much worse it could be.
Not my circus, not my monkeys, but if someone asked I'd suggest being pretty damn careful with spreading a "the rules don't matter" philosophy too far.
