There was a records officer that stole and destroyed evidentuary records in a insurance homicide investigation I was involved in. Turned out he was a first cousin of one of the defendants. He was sentenced to 8 years in federal prison and did over six years of the sentence.How many years did Burger do for stealing top secret documents? I forgot.
